About Our School
North Cariboo Christian School (NCCS) opened its doors in September 1994, starting with 6 grades, 14 students, and 1 teacher. Presently, it has 6 teachers, a Principal, a Student Support Director, Business Administrator, 6 Student Support Workers, a Bus Driver, and over 100 students ranging from grades K-9.
NCCS is a school where the Christian teachers are dedicated to presenting the knowledge from a Christian perspective and are B.C. certified teachers. NCCS aims to have a strong academic program that follows the core curriculum as established by the B.C. Ministry of Education, using Christian and some public school textbooks and taught from a Christian perspective with the infallible Word of God as the basis for all instruction.
NCCS accepts applications all year round for grades K-9, although we ask that families have their forms and registration submitted by April 30th of each year to aid in classroom planning.
